So glad that you are here!
Finding support is an important step to feeling better.

I work with teens, young adults (14+), and adults who are navigating the growing pains of life—whether that’s adolescence, parenting, or major transitions. You might be a parent trying to support your child, someone in your twenties figuring out who you are, or in midlife searching for clarity and change. Wherever you are, you don’t have to do it alone.
In therapy, I offer a space where you can feel truly heard—no judgment, no pressure. Just support, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and find practical, meaningful steps to help you move forward. My work often centers on identity, anxiety, rebellion, and resilience—the real stuff that shapes who we are and how we grow.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, facing a big life decision, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you find your footing and move forward with intention.
I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow, adapt, and thrive. Through action-oriented, down-to-earth counseling, I support clients in uncovering their strengths and making real, lasting change—one step at a time.
With adolescents I am often effective because I am not the familiar parent voice. From the age of 13 forward the brain does not want to accept guidance from the people that they live with. It is incredibly helpfult to have a person that can work with the teen and the parents to help ways to make things better for everyone. 💜
